What You Need To Know For Your Visit
Preparation For Your Session

Eat lightly before attending the session to prepare your body.

It is important to arrive to your session well hydrated.

Before arriving, Dr. Sandra Rose Michael recommends that you do a 20-30 minute detox bath using the recipe provided below. If you don't have access to a bath, a 20-30 minute foot bath using half the quantities can be supportive.
What to Bring to the Session

Drinking water. Hydration is key!

Dress comfortably.

A pillow or blanket to help you feel more comfortable.

We ask everyone to remove their shoes. Lockers are provided.

You're welcome to bring wired headphones to listen to your own meditation, music, or podcast.

We ask that there be no consumption of food in the room. Only water is permitted for drinking.

We suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes before your first session so that you can review and agree by signing our private membership agreement.

Bring an open mind and heart.
During Your Session

You will be in a beautiful space. We invite you to relax, slow down, and use this time to focus on you and your optimal self.

Currently we have 12 comfortable reclining chairs and a sofa that converts into a queen sized bed for overnight sessions.

We suggest you close your eyes and focus on a positive intention.

You will most likely slip into a dreamy sleep like state.

After Your Session

It is important you continue to hydrate to support the detoxification process.
-
Many feel increased renewed energy, relaxation, peacefulness or some may need extra rest. Everyone may have a different experience depending on how their body responds and the level of detoxification occuring.

Optimally within 24 hours, Dr. Sandra Rose Michael has recommended a 20–30-minute detox bath using the recipe provided here. If access to a full bath is not available, you can substitute a foot bath using half the quantities.

Continue to focus on what you want to happen and would like to create. Healing will continue even after you have left.
Salt Bath Recipe
​​Relax and soak for 20 - 30 minutes.

2 cups of sea salt (Dead Sea is best)

2 cups of baking soda

1 cup of 20 Mule Team Borax

In addition, we always encourage you to pay close attention to your body and listen to what it is communicating.
